LeRoy Neiman, a native of St. Paul, Minn., was one of several well-known artists who contributed works to FOCUS/Midwest magazine. This black and white piece, published in the December 1964 edition, is titled “Limousines’ and shows the opera crowds, dutiful chauffeurs, doormen, drunks and prostitutes.
